Country Music
I love country music, and anyone that is reading this knows that. But I don't think anyone really understands why. To fully understand, you NEED to attend a Country Music Association Festival. This is my third time being in Nashville, TN for the event--it's the only that I won't be getting the priviledge of meeting Reba--and yet it still looks like it's shaping up to be one of my favorite. The show was incredible this evening, and there are three left to go, including seeing my musical icon perform tomorrow evening, closing the Friday evening show.
Tonight, I got to see Jason Aldean, Kelly Clarkson, Sara Evans, Easton Corbin, Zac Brown Band, Alan Jackson, Amos Lee, Brad Paisley, and Alabama perform on that stage. What an incredible stage this evening. Moments in country music that you don't want to miss--Jason Aldean performing "Don't You Wanna Stay" with Kelly Clarkson, Sara Evans being congratulated for her latest #1 single "A Little Bit Stronger" right before performing it, Zac Brown Band perforning "Colder Weather" with Amos Lee and "As She's Walking Away" with Alan Jackson, and of course, you can't forget Brad Paisley in all his greatness, performing "Old Alabama" with Alabama on stage and then them playing their first #1 hit ever, "Tennessee River".
I've got much more to say, such as the excitement of seeing some old friends here at the Festival and seeing my future cooperating teacher for student teaching here, so stay tuned! I'll be posting more later! Hope ya'll are having fun if you're here, and if you're not - you're missing out!
